1/New Property Management

Property Management Group has been selected by the Board of Directors to provide administrative services for your community. The duties include customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining POA books and records administration of POA policies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. 3 / 2025 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the POA will be on Tuesday, September 9th @ 7pm via Zoom Conference. Link to join will be posted in the Bonita Oaks Facebook Group, and emailed out to each property owner closer to the date.

4 / Mowing

The weeds can easily get a little bit out of control along the roads of the neighborhood. It is the responsibility of each property owner to maintain their landscape to the road. We urge everyone to please schedule some time to mow their road setbacks come spring and through the summer. If you need references, please let us know. There are many in the Facebook Group.

5 / Annual POA Fees

The mandatory annual POA fees are due on January 1(and no later than 30 day grace period - January 31). The fee is $200  per lot and can be paid electronically by clicking the link in the menu above "Pay Dues." Log-in was provided to each owner via email from PMG. Please contact them if you need help logging in.

6/ Sheriff to Patrol

We are happy to report the Sheriff's office has agreed to begin what they call a 'close watch patrol' in BOR effective immediately.
